The Fitness Gym, located on the 9th floor of the Engineering Building, was started offering services on July 19, 1995 and was officially opened on Dec. 27, 1995. It has all the necessary facilities and fitness equipment.
The Objective of The Fitness Gym
- To provide the facilities to students and faculties.
- To develop physical skills and health to students and faculties.
- To create a proper attitude and knowledge about physical fitness and exercise.
Equipments

Equipment modern exercise equipment available at the Fitness Gym which are suitable to and which can satisfy anybody's needs are as follows :
- Lat Pull-Down
Body part worked : upper lats
- Thigh Extension
Body part worked : lower thighs.
- Bench Press
Body part worked : shoulder extensors
- Stepper and Bicycle
Most effective cardiovascular exercise.
